Due to the use of moulds in the production, neighbouring fibres do not lie parallel, but are randomly oriented and tightly woven in all directions, significantly adding strength to the paper and making the surface, by sight and touch, with antique handmade paper. FABRIANO "Artistico" paper is acid-free, pH neutral. It has a special impregnation that provides a clearly calibrated degree of absorption of pigments. High density and durability make the Artistico watercolour paper resistant to multiple work corrections - scraping, rubbing and washing. Paper colour - natural (unbleached cotton).
