Return and Refund Policy
At iStationery your satisfaction is a guarantee.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within seven days for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Refund/Exchange does not apply to any arts and craft paint materials unless they are damaged upon arrival or not as described.
- Refund/Exchange does not apply to custom made products such as notebooks, books, etc.
- Return/exchange is possible only if the packing has not been tampered with in any way.
- Products returned should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for Exchange and Refund. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred ONLY to credit card account.
- Returns for dead on arrival products or damaged has to be informed within 3 days after receiving your package or else it won’t be entitled for a refund
- If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.
- If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.
- Service, and delivery charges are non-refundable once performed.
- Returning charges are borne by the customer unless items are damaged iStationery will arrange to pick up the damaged items fro/m you.
