Return and Refund Policy

At iStationery your satisfaction is a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within seven days from the date of the delivery for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions.

You have received a wrong product;
You have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or
You have received a damaged product.

You must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.
 
Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.
If the return reason is:
1. Change of mind, 2. Not as expected, 3. Ordered by mistake, 4. Ordered wrong color or size.
Only in certain conditions.
You have a right to return a product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.
All other Categories. Only unbroken original packages including all accessories.
Non-returnable Products. Refer to product list in clause below.

 

Non-returnable Products.

You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  • Refund/Exchange does not apply any arts and craft paints, arts and craft materials, ink cartridges, toners & electronic devices, unless they are damaged upon arrival or not as described. 
  • Refund/Exchange does not apply to custom made products such as notebooks, books, etc. 
  • Return/exchange is possible only if the packing has not been tampered with in any way.
  • Products returned should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for Exchange and Refund. Refund for items will be refunded to the same payment method used.
  • If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.
  • Service, and delivery charges are non-refundable once performed.
  • Returning charges are borne by the customer unless items are damaged iStationery will arrange to pick up the damaged items from you. 
  • Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
  • Items on sale
  • Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside Bahrain].

 

 

 

Refund Timeline;

Once your product is returned to our fulfillment center and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed, and you will receive your final refund as follows:

  • If the refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our fulfilment center
  • If your refund is store credits, you will receive the refund within three (3) days after your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team; or
  • If you have cancelled your order before shipping, we will provide store credits within one (1)  hour from the cancellation, or within thirty (30) days if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card.
