Return and Refund Policy

Return Possibility:

  • You may return a product under the following circumstances:
    • You have received a wrong product.
    • You have received a product that does not match the description on our site.
    • You have received a damaged product.

Return Conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
    • The product must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.
    • The product must be unused and in its original unbroken packaging with all tags included.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Clearance items and the following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are damaged upon arrival or do not match the description:
    • Arts and craft paints, arts and craft materials, ink cartridges, toners, furniture, and electronic devices.
    • Custom made products such as notebooks and books.
    • Consumable products that have been used or installed.
    • Orders shipped to international destinations outside Bahrain.

Return Process:

  • The return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice for exchange or refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged or scratched, the return or refund will not be applicable.
  • Service and delivery charges are non-refundable once performed.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the items are damaged. In such cases, iStationery will arrange to pick up the damaged items from you.

Refund Timeline:

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed according to the following timelines:
    • For refunds to credit/debit cards: within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the product at our fulfillment center.
    • For refunds in the form of store credits: within three (3) days after the product is received and inspected.
    • If you cancel your order before shipping, store credits will be provided within one (1) hour from the cancellation or within thirty (30) days if you choose to transfer the amount back to your credit/debit card.
